The Quality RN Specialist assists in the performance of all hospital-wide Quality, Performance Improvement, Risk Management and Patient Safety activities as assigned by the Direction of Quality in accordance with external regulatory agency requirements, accepted standards of care, and internal standards for patient care delivery deemed by hospital leadership, in order to enhance quality of patient care, increase efficiency and minimize risk.

Quality Improvement:
The Quality RN Specialist assists in the completion of Quality Improvement (QI) studies through data collection, data input and report development. Provides support for the Director of Quality, Risk and Patient Safety, in the planning and implementation of a systematic program for outcomes management and quality Improvement efforts at the hospital.
Bachelor's in science, health care, or related field. Required
Master's in science, health care, or related field. Preferred
Registered Nurse - RN Required
State Licensure – CA Required
