Under general supervision of the Director of Health information Management, performs various HIM functions. 

Scanning/sorting loose filing Medical records into EHR, processing release of information request, analysis of discharge charts, analysis of HP/OP reports, answer phones, customer services, and other department duties as deemed necessary by the Director. 

At least 3-years’ experience in HIM - preferred 

Good written and communication skills

Good customer service skills

Proficiency in both written & oral English

Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
