Monterey Park Hospital, located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is recruiting for a Respiratory Therapist. This position is per diem and for evening shifts. Monterey Park Hospital is a 101 bed acute care community hospital. Monterey Park Hospital has provided our community with advanced medical and culturally sensitive healthcare services for over 50 years.

The Respiratory Therapist provides Respiratory procedures without direct observation. Evaluates patient's response to respiratory treatments. Performs assessment on patients according to current departmental policy. Monitors performance of respiratory related equipment. Performs specific diagnostic tests relevant to Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Care and Ventilator Management.

1. Must have current CA RCP license.
2. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certification.
