  • Overview

    AHMC Healthcare is seeking a Corporate HR Generalist who will assist the HR Team in providing assistance in all areas of the HR functions such as leave of absence management, worker's compensation, benefits administration, HRIS, Employee Relations, Recruitment, training and other duties. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledgeable in leave of absence administration and worker compensation. Familiar with benefits administration. Strong employee relations skills. Familiar with federal, state and local labor and employment laws. Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, Microsoft Word and power point). In depth knowledge of HRIS (Ultipro) and ATS (iCIMS) strongly preferred. Must be detailed oriented, excellent communication skills and a team player. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
