We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PACU Registered Nurse to join our perioperative services team. In this fast-paced environment, you will care for patients recovering from anesthesia following surgery or procedures. The PACU RN plays a critical role in post-anesthesia assessment, stabilization, pain management, and timely progression to inpatient units or discharge.

The Staff Physical Therapist will be directly involved in patient evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.  The Staff Physical Therapist reports to the Lead Physical Therapist and/or Director of Rehabilitation Services. The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room provides safe and effective care of the perioperative patient. The OR RN is responsible for assessing the patient, planning and implementing care specific to each patient's needs. The OR RN coordinates the care of patients with the other members of the OR team, consisting of the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and surgical technician adhering to the Standards of Care of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN), the regulatory requirements of The Joint Commission (TJC), the Department of Health Services (DHS), and Title 22 from the California Code of Regulations.

The LVN collects and documents patient data; assists in the development of a collaborative, individualized patient care plan. Provides nursing care based on clear and established priorities. Evaluates the patient’s response to the plan of care and the attainment of the patient care plan goals.
