The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy skilled intervention to patients in an acute care hospital setting as a needed basis. This role involves evaluating patients, developing, and implementing indidualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote optimal functional outcomes and safe discharge planning. 

The Radiology Technologist operates at least 2 Radiology modalities as designated. Selects proper exposure factors and demonstrates a through knowledge of radiographic positioning. Practices radiological technology in a manner that ensures radiation safety for self and the patient. Performa diagnostic procedures on a minimum of two (2) modalities. Demonstrates competency and proficiency with x-ray equipment in various locations such as ER/ICU portables and C-Arm in OR.

The CNS shall be responsible for: Directing the clinical nursing practice in the NICU & Pediatric Unit.   Coordination and assessment of educational development and clinical competency of the nursing staff in the NICU; and for ensuring continued neonatal critical care nursing competency through educational programs for both the newly-hired and experienced nursing staff. Consultation with staff on complex neonatal critical care nursing issues. Oversight of comprehensive parent and or primary caretaker education activities. NICU Manager shall directly supervise personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care of patients in the NICU at all times. The hours of work are flexible based upon the need of the hospital. Demonstrates competence in the use of the nursing process and effectively identifies the nursing care issues for patient population served. 

Documentation of experience as defind by the CNM Allied Health Credentialing policy to include the care of a normal laboring patient and recognition of deviations from normal which require supervising physician consultation and/or management. Responsible for providing evidence of back-up supervision by an obstetrician fully credentialed at Parkview.
