Must possess a “can do” attitude and be flexible to change. Must demonstrate a good work ethic in regards to time and attendance. Performs all duties with a thorough understanding of both theoretical and technical issues. Performs quality control appropriately and documents and resolves and QC failures according to policy. Recognizes the relationship between test results and responds appropriately. Calls all critical values to physician.  

  Clinical laboratory scientist performs complex laboratory tests on blood, bodily fluids and tissue samples to help diagnose and treat diseases. Responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures.
