The Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician maintain equipment and supplies in a state of sterility to be used in special procedures, the Operating Room, and Labor & Delivery. Maintains medical and surgical asepsis and principles of Standard Precautions at all times. SPD Tech also maintains equipment inventory and disinfection for patient care equipment used in the hospital.
Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), under the supervision of the Supervisor and/or Lead Therapist shall deliver all types of respiratory modalities to patients as established by the department’s standard operating procedures. The RCP must have the knowledge and skills needed to carry out these procedures. His/Her knowledge must include pharmacology as it pertains to Respiratory Therapy Drugs, Cardiopulmonary Anatomy, Physiology, Acid-Base Analysis, Electrocardiography, Bronchoscopy, Holter Monitoring, C-Section stand-by, Neonatal Intubation, Pulmonary Function and Treadmill Testing. As well, must include indications and absolute contradictions for IPPB, Oxygen Administration, Chest Physiotherapy, Aerosol Administration and Mechanical Ventilator. Demonstrates...
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the delivery of safe, quality patient care, including diagnostic services for both inpatients and outpatients with speech and language or swallowing disorders. Evaluations, documentation, and reassessments of patients are required in compliance with all accrediting agencies.
Physical Therapy Assistants shall provide quality patient care to assigned individuals under the direction of the physical therapist. Documentation of patient care activities is required in compliance with The Joint Commission. Assistants will be actively involved in training of aide staff, volunteer staff and physical therapy assistant students. Assistants may be assigned special projects such as quality control and data collection for performance improvement reports or other non-skilled tasks as assist the therapists. Assistants are expected to maintain professional relationships with patients and staff, abiding by the codes of ethical conduct.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribe by a referred physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. The Therapist assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The Staff Therapist coordinates delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff (RCNA, PTA, PTLA, etc.)

The Radiology Technologist operates at least 2 Radiology modalities as designated. Selects proper exposure factors and demonstrates a through knowledge of radiographic positioning. Practices radiological technology in a manner that ensures radiation safety for self and the patient. Performa diagnostic procedures on a minimum of two (2) modalities. Demonstrates competency and proficiency with x-ray equipment in various locations such as ER/ICU portables and C-Arm in OR.
A Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a minimum of two years experience responsible for performing testing in the assigned work areas without direct supervision. Must possess a “can do” attitude and be flexible to change. Must demonstrate a good work ethic in regards to time and attendance. Performs all duties with a thorough understanding of both theoretical and technical issues. Performs quality control appropriately and documents and resolves and QC failures according to policy. Recognizes the relationship between test results and responds appropriately. Calls all critical values to physician.
Performs CT imaging scans on patients and coordinates patient flow and the activities of the scanner.

Under the direction of the Coding Supervisor, codes and abstracts inpatient and outpatient hospital medical records under two coding systems, ICD-9-CM and CPT-4, which is used for hospital reimbursement, statistical purposes, and reporting purposes required by different state regulatory agencies.
Performs various clerical billing and follow up functions, but not limited to items listed in the Performance Criteria. Comply with hospital and federal policies and guidelines in the billing and collection of Medicare MediCal claims

The Case Manager Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for the preparation, recording and tracking of initial and retrospective payments for hospital services.
The Special Procedure RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environments, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration. Identifies and anticipates life threatening arrhythmias, and provides intervention and proper administration of all ACLS medications.

The OR Technician scrubs for surgical cases in the Operating Room maintaining equipment and supplies, using the principles of surgical asepsis, and standard precautions. Collaborates with charge nurse concerning abilities and assignments for operating room techniques. Demonstrates an understanding of the planned surgical procedure and ensures that all necessary instruments and implants are available and sterilized prior to the start of the surgery.
