We are seeking a detailed oriented, thorough accountant.

Primary Function Under the Accounting Manager, this position verifies, reconciles, analyzes and process account payables in an accurate and timely manner.

The PACU Nurse performs pre and post operative procedures. He/she is responsible to the Nurse Manager of PACU, and works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other members of the operative team. The PACU Nurse is independently responsible for the welfare and safety of the patient pre/post the surgical procedure.

The Cardiac Sonography Technologist performs routine and emergency echocardiographic diagnostic procedures on neonatal through geriatric patients. The Sonographer also performs echocardiogram/doppler studies, stress echocardiograms with/without contrast, transesophageal echocardiograms, Dobutamine stress echocardiograms, and echo guided pericardiocentesis.  The sonographer also assists the department and physician in performing routine and emergency diagnostic cardiology tests on neonatal through geriatric patients to include electrocardiograms, rhythm strips, code blue response for electrocardiograms, stress testing, nuclear stress testing, and stress portion of stress echocardiograms.   The Sonographer processes paperwork for each procedure, assists in establishing new procedures and maintaining current procedures for the cardiology department.   This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC- Anaheim Regional Medical Center and AHMC Inc. JOB SUMMARY: The Staff Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families in compliance with the standards for care at Seton Medical Center and Nurse Practice Act.

Perform various clerical billing and follow up functions, but not limited to items listed in the Performance Criteria. Comply with hospital and federal policies and guidelines in the billing and collection of claims. Reviews payor contracts to ensure correct contractual adjustments are posted as per individual payor agreement.  

Supervisor for Urinalysis, Serology, Coagulation.  Regularly utilizes the lab computer for various aspects of daily work and verifies completion of work by various computer programs.  Able to work in a generalist capacity, adhering to standard lab practices. Must be able to work in all sections of our fast-paced laboratory. Work load includes Stat and ER testing, routine AM testing in all sections of the Lab.  This includes Blood Bank and limited Microbiology.

Able to work in all basic functions of a CLS in the main lab, blood bank and microbiology. Performs quality control procedures for routine and stat testing of patient samples. Maintains records; performs and records instrument maintenance; troubleshooting instrument and sample problems; regularly utilizes the lab computer for various aspects of daily work; verifies completion of work using the computer. Able to work independently in a generalist capacity while adhering to standard lab practices.

Provide social work services to patients and families to facilitate their ability to cope with psychological and social problems related to illness and hospitalization.  Provides appropriate discharge planning, abuse detection and reporting, referral, consultation and counseling services.   This position requires providing care and/or service to a critically ill through rehabilitating newborn through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.   This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of San Gabriel Valley Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. Performs general maintenance and repair services of the hospital’s physical plant; equipment, buildings and properties.  Duties may include one or more of the following areas:  mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint or HVAC.  May operate and maintain stationary gas and oil fired boilers and auxiliaries in supplying hot water and steam for other power generating purposes.

The Insurance Verifier provides administrative support and performs general office functions in the Outpatient Bariatric Department. Completes insurance verification and coordinates patients’ clearances with their doctors. The Insurance Verifier demonstrates ability and professional willingness to support the patients and their families through a structured surgical weight loss program. Coordinate, monitor and document all patient’s authorizations / approvals and appointments as needed from outside services regarding clearance for surgery. In all interactions with patients, members, physician, staff and visitors - demonstrates culturally sensitivity.

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation.  Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing care for patients the medical surgical services based on established clinical nursing practice standards.  Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.  Serves as the Resource nurse role when oriented and as directed.  Supports the organization vision and mission.  Utilizes knowledge of patient's age, developmental status, spiritual and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.  Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.  

The Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Coordinator run a creative and interactive activities program. This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident. We are looking for candidate that have a personal commitment to promote and advocate dignity, respect, individual rights and a feeling of self worth for each resident. He/she must have the ability to work independently and cooperatively with other disciplines. Flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the residents is essential in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) of AHMC Seton Medical Center Coastside and AHMC Seton Medical Center.

The Nursing Administrative Supervisor will act as an administrative representative on assigned shifts, be responsible for the effective management of patient care on assigned shifts, and contributes toward attainment of departmental and hospital goals and objectives.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, under the general direction of a radiologist and Radiology Administration.  Collaborating with department and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and department service applying AHMC Core Values to the performance of every job duty.
