Collect blood samples from all age groups including neonates. Responsible for front and back office procedures, computer entry, collect blood samples, do basic lab test processing, set-up Microbiology cultures. Be able to organize workload to work effectively in a fast paced setting and prioritize duties for routine and stat testing.

Two years acute hospital experience.
Able to collect blood samples from neonates, adults and geriatric patients in outpatient, inpatient and emergency setting.
Experience with Microbiology culture set-up, Send out processing, and familiar with computers.
Front office experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT or CPA) license required.
BLS certification required.
