JOB SUMMARY: Assists with planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the food and nutrition department according to established policies. Perform clinical duties on assigned units. Review and interpret nutrition orders to ensure accuracy. Monitor food intolerance, allergies and preferences, relate information to diet aide. Perform nutrition education and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Maintain accurate records of each patient contact and the result of that contact. Make recommendations and update outcomes of parenteral/enteral nutrition interventions. Maintain all documentations by using designated electronic medical records. Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when working with challenging patients.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- B.S. degree, Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration).
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience as Registered Dietitian in acute care setting. Bilingual in
English/Chinese preferred but not required. Flexible with schedule when needed, able to work weekends and holidays.
- BCLS Card must be obtain within 60 days hire..

The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with the collection of data, preparation of financial reports, creation of tables, development of presentations, data analysis, financial analysis, accounting analysis, et al., to support all general accounting, general finance, cost accounting, revenue integrity, strategic planning, and business development endeavors.
As a member of AHMC Seton Medical Center’s Accounting and Finance functions, this position is part of a highly visible team that works closely with Executive and Functional leadership to support critical strategic and financial decisions. In this role, the Financial Analyst is expected to be a thought partner and to closely collaborate with Hospital and other key executives of AHMC SMC’s business partners to drive meaningful financial and strategic decisions backed by strong financial analysis. The Financial Analyst will support a high-performing team that can draw quick insights and resolution through analytical abilities, strategic outlook, and financial acumen. The Financial Analyst also assists in reviewing department revenue cycle functions and prepares the facility community benefit reports. This position is proficient in the use of various software programs such as excel, word, power point, trendstar HSL, trendstar CCA, SIS surgery, IBS budgeting, MS4 patient accounting and Meditract contracting.

This position is responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the nursing unit. The MT/US supports the hospital mission and vision with emphasis on customer relations. The MT/US utilizes knowledge of patient’s age, spiritual and cultural diversity into unit communication & organization. The US is a non-licensed position whose training & skills enables him/her to interpret basic cardiac rhythms, recognize & alert the RN to significant rhythm changes or common dysrhythmias. The position contributes to the provision of safety and quality care that result in positive outcomes in patient care.

The Quality Control Training Analyst reviews previous day’s admissions, registrations, insurance notification faxes, and identifies and corrects all demographic information, reviews required forms to ensure appropriate fields are checked, signed, timed, dated and witnessed. Records errors by registrar and provides report to manager.
Under the general supervision of the case management director, the case manager RN acts as a patient advocate to hospital clients;
