JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Finance Manager to support the financial operations of Seton Medical Center. The primary responsibilities include gathering and distributing invoices based on the approval workflow, maintaining detailed trackers to ensure timely processing, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and distribute invoices according to established approval processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers to monitor the status of invoices
- Communicate with various departments to ensure invoices are processed efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
