The Senior Application Analyst stays abreast of industry information technology solutions and assists with the oversight and strategic planning of applications across the organization. Applying comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s technology deployment, the Senior Application Analyst coordinates application administration and performance requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders within and outside of the Information Technology (IT) department. The Senior Application Analyst uses operational and technical expertise to support the organization’s technology deployment and strives to seek continuous improvement to the performance and reliability of deployed technologies by implementing new processes, procedures, protocols, and workflow. Often taking the lead as the Project Manager, the Senior Application Analyst also assists with devising plans, identifying stakeholders, leading project meetings, and tracking project deliverables to drive successful implementations.
