A Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a minimum of two years experience responsible for performing testing in the assigned work areas without direct supervision. Must possess a “can do” attitude and be flexible to change. Must demonstrate a good work ethic in regards to time and attendance. The GeroPsych Social worker provides general casework services to assigned patients and their families. They are to help people with mental impairments realize their full potential. To deliver and manage excellent services and systems of care for persons with serious mental illness.
QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work
EXPERIENCE:
- One year of direct service experience with mentally ill individuals in an inpatient or outpatient setting is required
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
- A license in California as a Clinical Social Worker is required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE:
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Under the direction of the COO/CNO, provides daily and strategic administrative oversight and operational control to patient care units under his/her area of responsibility.

The Long Term Care Staff Development Educator is responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating educational programs for the development and improvement of necessary skills and knowledge for all Long Term Care (LTC) personnel. The Staff Development Educator ensures orientation, certification, and inservice programs are conducted according to facility policy and procedure and in compliance with state and federal regulations. The Staff Development Educator will conduct inservices as mandated by state and federal regulations and that address the needs of the facility as determined by the facility's Quality Improvement Program, through completion of clinical rounds as identified by the Director of Long Term Care/designee, or as identified during a Licensing and Certification visit.
The Nursery Registered Nurse provides care, treatment, counseling and health education to the obstetrical patient. The RN is responsible for planning and coordination of care across the continuum. This planning and coordination includes meeting and exceeding compliance with core measures, contributes to reduction in LOS, active participation with all aspects of quality, safety and performance improvement activities, collaboration with all the members of the multidisciplinary team in providing outstanding customer service to patients, family members, physicians and the public.
