The Certified Nursing Assistant assists the clinical staff in the care of and treatment for patients in an acute care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
The Nursing Administrative Supervisor will act as an administrative representative on assigned shifts, be responsible for the effective management of patient care on assigned shifts, and contributes toward attainment of departmental and hospital goals and objectives.
The Ancillary Office Coordinator works in the Diagnostic, and Nuclear Medicine departments, the Wound Care Center, and Radiation Oncology Clinics. The PeriOperative Nurse performs circulating and scrubbing duties for operative procedures. He/she is responsible to the Nurse Manager, Surgery/GI Lab, and works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other members of the operative team to prepare the patient and the operating room for the intended surgical procedure. The PeriOperative Nurse is independently responsible for the welfare and safety of the patient during the surgical procedure
Overview
Under the general supervision of the case management Director acts as a patient advocate/case manager to hospital clients. An autonomous role that coordinates, negotiates, procures services and resources for, and manages the care of complex patients to facilitate achievement of quality and cost efficient patient outcomes. Looks for opportunities to reduce cost while ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained. Applies review criteria to determine medical necessity for admission and continued stay. Provides clinically based case management, discharge planning, and care coordination to facilitate the delivery of cost-effective quality healthcare and assists in the identification of appropriate utilization of resources across the continuum of care. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff internal and external to the organization. Participates in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to the management of patient care.
Assist in the operating room. Cleans operating rooms in between cases effectively. Orders and maintains adequate level of stock suppies. Interacts with patient and indentifies them by the use of I.D bands. Roates sterile supplies as required.
The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room provides safe and effective care of the perioperative patient. The OR RN is responsible for assessing the patient, planning and implementing care specific to each patient's needs. The OR RN coordinates the care of patients with the other members of the OR team, consisting of the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and surgical technician adhering to the Standards of Care of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN), the regulatory requirements of The Joint Commission (TJC), the Department of Health Services (DHS), and Title 22 from the California Code of Regulations.

Provides continuity of care by communicating the plan of care and diagnostic data, in accordance with the unit's guidelines. Involves family members and other health care team members in the development of the plan of care as appropriate. Sets priorities and gives nursing care based on the patient's needs. Qualifications: Current CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS and proficiency in both written and oral English. One year acute care expense preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program preferred.

This position is responsible for providing patient care in a safe and effective manner. Responsibilities include directing PCA activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching of patients/family, implementation of treatment plan, MD orders, documentation and evaluation. Integration of patient care standards are incorporated into all clinical activities.
Surgical tech I for part time 3 days a week
Performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals in the operating room. Performs similar duties in other areas of the hospital as assigned. Independently scrubs on all surgical procedures. Demonstrates ability to problem solve in relation to the procedure being performed. Applies basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, microbiology, and pharmacology for optimum surgical patient care. Demonstrates knowledge and practice of patient care concepts. Applies the principles of asepsis during surgical procedures. Qualifications: Two years Surgical Tech experience preferred. Completion of approved Surgical Tech course requires. Current BLS certification required.

The Clinical Manager of Labor & Delivery is a Registered Nurse (RN) who answers to the Director of Maternal Child Health with administrative tasks and acts as a clinical resource for the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit. The Clinical Manager of L&D shall directly supervise personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care of patients in the L&D Unit. The hours of work are flexible based upon the need of the hospital. Plans and maintains staffing pattern for the patient care unit, meeting the patient’s need for continuity of care and level of care. Demonstrates knowledge of legal and ethical aspects surrounding the provision of patient care; ensures the staff functions are within legal limitations. Consistently guides, directs, coaches, and supports staff regarding performance, problem solving, and decision making.
A Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a minimum of two years experience responsible for performing testing in the assigned work areas without direct supervision. Must possess a “can do” attitude and be flexible to change. Must demonstrate a good work ethic in regards to time and attendance. Performs all duties with a thorough understanding of both theoretical and technical issues. Performs quality control appropriately and documents and resolves and QC failures according to policy. Recognizes the relationship between test results and responds appropriately. Calls all critical values to physician.
