POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for precepting and educating new grads. In addition, this position will provide patient care in a safe and effective manner. Responsibilities include directing PCA activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching of patients/family, implementation of treatment plan, MD orders, documentation and evaluation. Integration of patient care standards are incorporated into all clinical activities.

The Property Manager is responsible for the operation of the Medical Office Buildings along with Seton Coastside, overseeing Tenant Management, building maintenance, EVS and various project management. Ensures continual effective operations and is responsible for the compliance of State and Federal regulations. Maintains and improves facilities to meet the demands of the organization. Oversees the planning, prioritization, and implementation of action plans to achieve annual goals, targets, and improvement metrics.
The Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician maintain equipment and supplies in a state of sterility to be used in special procedures, the Operating Room, and Labor & Delivery. Maintains medical and surgical asepsis and principles of Standard Precautions at all times. SPD Tech also maintains equipment inventory and disinfection for patient care equipment used in the hospital. Decontaminates / disinfects reusable instruments, supplies and equipment, wearing proper protective attire.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, under the general direction of a radiologist and Radiology Administration. Collaborate with department and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and department service.
Provides social work services to patients and families to facilitate their ability to cope with psychological and social problems related to illness and hospitalization. Provides appropriate discharge planning, abuse detection and reporting, referral, consultation and counseling services.
This position requires providing care and service to a critically ill through rehabilitating patients, from newborn through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an strong understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual, significant and immediate family members served. Allows for privacy and modesty in the provision of care.

Primary Function

The Laboratory Assistant III primarily performs laboratory specimen processing, specimen send outs and/or Microbiology specimen processing (including AFN processing). Performs clerical and phlebotomy functions (including pediatric and nursery). as described in the Laboratory Assistant I and II descriptions, as assigned.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Social Worker provides general casework services to assigned patients and their families.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The psychiatric unit discharge planner provides psychosocial and discharge planning support to patients and their families, facilitates discharges, meets documentation requirements and functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The position also facilitates 1-2 discharge planning group a week.
The Stationary Engineer is responsible for providing a full range of maintenance and repair and administrative support to Seton Medical Center. Provides excellent customer service.

The Contracting Specialist is responsible for negotiating ancillary and health plan agreements on behalf of AHMC hospitals.
Position Summary:
Uses industry experience and knowledge to develop pricing models for proposals. Serves as the SME for the Corporate Managed Care Contracting department. Provides consultation, analysis, and guidance to create pricing solutions to maximize profit. Supports and validates hospital contracting activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. Conducts contract valuation analysis in support of contract negotiations and revenue enhancement or cost management strategies.
