The RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care on their shift; Responsible for overseeing ER patient Flow. Focus will be on providing a safe, effective environment for patients and staff through increased communication and customer service.

The Emergency room Registered Nurse is directly accountable for the care given to patients in the Emergency Department. Employee communicates with the physician about the changes in the patient’s clinical condition including results of the diagnostic studies and syptomatology. RN Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in the condition and/or response to treatment. Knowledgeable of Emergency Medical Technician regulations and the reporting of child/adult abuse to appropriate agencies.

The Director is responsible for the operation of the Facilities at Seton Medical Center and Seton Coastside including Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Security, Telecommunications, and EVS. Responsible for guiding staff members in effective performance of their job duties. Ensures continual effective operations and is responsible for the compliance of State and Federal regulations. Maintains and improves facilities to meet the demands of the organization. Oversees the planning, prioritization, and implementation of action plans to achieve annual goals, targets, and improvement metrics.
Is skilled in reading and interpreting cardiac monitors and arrhythmias. Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for clerical support on the patient care unit. Maintains accurate order entry transmission of physician’s orders to ancillary departments. Works under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Under the immediate supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, the Physical Therapist will be directly involved in patient evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. He/she will administer treatments and/or physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. She/he will also assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, by providing effective, efficient, and quality care for the patient. The Physical Therapist will coordinate, delegate and supervise assigned supportive staff (PTA, PTLA, PT Aide). He/she will ensure patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis.

A Registered Dietitian is responsible for performing major clinical nutrition activities on all patient care units, including screening, assessing, and educating patients in accordance with established procedures.
Schedules, coordinates and monitors the day to day operational functions of Chemistry section. Implements quality standards and provides oversight of section processes to achieve excellent outcome and quality patient care. Performs Laboratory testing on patient and control samples, and/or prepares blood components for transfusion. Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. This knowledge includes the use of specialized analytical instrumentation, clinical correlation of test results, quality control requirements, and preventative maintenance. Maintains department readiness for regulatory inspections and compliance requirements. Maintains department policy and procedure manuals in accordance with hospital policy. Is responsible for department quality control records, instrument maintenance, regulatory agency compliance, and supply process. Participates in the continuous quality improvement process through professional development, continuing education, data collection and evaluation, and quality assurance. Develops and maintains orientation, training and competency tools and ensures compliance. Assists the Laboratory Services Director in evaluating and documenting employee performance. Assists Laboratory Services Director in the recruitment, hiring, termination and retention of employees. Coordinates staff development activities of section including education, competency completion, validation, and orientation. Participates in data collection and analysis as requested by management. Maximizes efficiency in section operations. Exhibits willingness to resolve problems as they arise.
Primary Function
The Corporate Supply Chain Supervisor coordinates and is responsible to oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the Buyer and Expediters in managing the processing orders for various supplies, equipment, and services. The Corporate Supply Chain Supervisor oversee the activities of the buyers throughout the AHMC system to ensure that economies of scale are obtained through vendor sources. The position ensures procurement of capital purchases and various supplies and services requested by each facility according to policy.
