The Coastside ED Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families in compliance with the standards for care at Seton Coastside and Nurse Practice Act.

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy skilled intervention to patients in an acute care hospital setting as a needed basis. This role involves evaluating patients, developing, and implementing indidualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote optimal functional outcomes and safe discharge planning.
The Radiology Technologist operates at least 2 Radiology modalities as designated. Selects proper exposure factors and demonstrates a through knowledge of radiographic positioning. Practices radiological technology in a manner that ensures radiation safety for self and the patient. Performa diagnostic procedures on a minimum of two (2) modalities. Demonstrates competency and proficiency with x-ray equipment in various locations such as ER/ICU portables and C-Arm in OR.
A Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a minimum of two years experience responsible for performing testing in the assigned work areas without direct supervision. Must possess a “can do” attitude and be flexible to change. Must demonstrate a good work ethic in regards to time and attendance. Performs all duties with a thorough understanding of both theoretical and technical issues. Performs quality control appropriately and documents and resolves and QC failures according to policy. Recognizes the relationship between test results and responds appropriately. Calls all critical values to physician.
Patient Access Representative demonstrates the ability to accurately input demographic and insurance information for patients admitted to the Hospital, Emergency Department and Outpatient Departments. Acknowledge consumers promptly and in a courteous manor, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service to all we serve. Communicate with multiple departments, including outside physician offices, collection of deposits, co-pays and balances. Notify Financial Advocates of ay self-pay or uninsured patients. Records information into computer, scans required documents, pre-registers patients as scheduled. Enters orders for specific ancillary or admissions as rendered.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
