The Case Manager Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for the preparation, recording and tracking of initial and retrospective payments for hospital services. Answers, directs and records departmental phone calls from a variety of sources (Insurance companies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Agencies, Durable Medical Equipment, other health care providers, etc.) understanding priorities for the delivery of quality patient care. Coordinates with Discharge Planners for continuum of patient care, for example, durable medical equipment (DME) and Levels of Care.

Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance.  Performs general landscape maintenance, and assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of hospital in good repair. Minor plumbing work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.
