Monterey Park Hospital’s Director of Laboratory Services is responsible for the daily operations of the Clinical Lab and Pathology Departments in addition to clinical oversight of the Cardio-Pulmonary-Respiratory Department. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Performs complex maintenance and repair services of the hospital’s physical plant; equipment, buildings and properties.  Duties may include one or more of the following areas:  mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC.  Operates and maintains stationary gas and oil fired boilers and auxiliaries in supplying hot water and steam for other power generating purposes.

Notify Financial Advocates of ay self-pay or uninsured patients. Records information into computer, scans required documents, pre-registers patients as scheduled. Enters orders for specific ancillary or admissions as rendered.
