The Case Manager Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for the preparation, recording and tracking of initial and retrospective payments for hospital services.

The staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.

The Food Service Worker—Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivery of meal trays to patient rooms and other activities.

Patient Access Representative demonstrates the ability to accurately input demographic and insurance information for patients admitted to the Hospital, Emergency Department and Outpatient Departments.

The Quality Control Training Analyst reviews previous day’s admissions, registrations, insurance notification faxes, and identifies and corrects all demographic information, reviews required forms to ensure appropriate fields are checked, signed, timed, dated and witnessed. Records errors by registrar and provides report to manager.

Under the general supervision of the case management director, the case manager RN acts as a patient advocate to hospital clients;

The Pediatric Registered Nurse provides quality patient care to patient group ranging in age from 2 to 15 years old. Functions with a focus on patient safety and customer service. Conducts patient assessment, participates plan of care, implements and evaluates care according to patient specific age and/or development needs. Works in a mix-unit, flexible to be cross trained and take medical surgical patient assignment as well. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Serves as the Resource nurse role when oriented and as directed. Supports the organization’s vision and mission.
