The Case Manager Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for the preparation, recording and tracking of initial and retrospective payments for hospital services.
The staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
The Food Service Worker—Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivery of meal trays to patient rooms and other activities.
Patient Access Representative demonstrates the ability to accurately input demographic and insurance information for patients admitted to the Hospital, Emergency Department and Outpatient Departments.
The Quality Control Training Analyst reviews previous day’s admissions, registrations, insurance notification faxes, and identifies and corrects all demographic information, reviews required forms to ensure appropriate fields are checked, signed, timed, dated and witnessed. Records errors by registrar and provides report to manager.
Under the general supervision of the case management director, the case manager RN acts as a patient advocate to hospital clients;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing certificate. Licensure in the state of California as a Registered Nurse (RN). Proficient in oral and written communication skills. Ability to practice leadership, interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork, quality improvement and professionalism.
Current California RN license
BCLS, ACLS (AHA), Basic Dysrhythmia,NIHS Stroke Cert, current and maintain.
Proficiency in both written and oral English
The Pediatric Registered Nurse provides quality patient care to patient group ranging in age from 2 to 15 years old. Functions with a focus on patient safety and customer service. Conducts patient assessment, participates plan of care, implements and evaluates care according to patient specific age and/or development needs. Works in a mix-unit, flexible to be cross trained and take medical surgical patient assignment as well.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required Experience: • 1 years of pediatric experience required
Graduate of approved nursing program certificate.
- Current California RN license
- Current PALS, BCLS, ACLS, NIHS Stroke Cert. (AHA)

The Nurse Assistant utilizes knowledge of patient’s age, developmental status, spiritual and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. The position contributes to the provision of safety and quality nursing care that results in positive outcomes in patient care.

The L&D RN is responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing care in the Labor and Delivery Department setting, including, but not limited to, providing labor support and education, monitoring maternal & fetal conditions, and monitoring the mother`s and baby`s vital signs during labor & birth, and managing a variety of potential issues that may arise. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Serves as the Resource nurse role when oriented and as directed. Supports the organization’s vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient's age, developmental status, spiritual and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
The Labor and Delivery RN provides direct care, communicates with physicians / Nurse Director / Co – workers, as appropriate about changes in the patient’s clinical situation including results of diagnostic studies and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in situation or response to treatment.
