The Admitting Supervisor will assist with the daily activities of Patient Admitting Representatives, Leads, Verifiers, and Quality Control to assure smooth operation of each shift. This position participates provides services necessary to full fill the departmental workload; also, maintains effective working relations with co-workers, nurse, physicians and other hospital staff members. The Supervisor is responsible for assisting with assessing skills and performance of each staff member on a regular basis and providing appropriate resources and training for staff development. Additional responsibilities include policy and procedures, securing of patient accounts, quality assurance, staffing and employee written and verbal communication, departmental competency testing and orientation of new employees.
The Discharge Planner provides services to patients, families, and others in all hospital areas specific to assignment as applicable, and in accordance with hospital customer service expectations. Professional services to be provided to meet the discharge planning needs of the patient may include, but are not limited to, case consultation, patient education, resource management, and assistance with discharge planning.
The Discharge Planner is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, and also provides community outreach, networking, and liaison with community programs as needed.
This professional nursing role is responsible for the coordination, implementation and maintenance of an effective Medical Staff peer review process and for supporting the Risk Management program, consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Medical Staff, the Quality Services Department, and the overall Hospital Performance Improvement goals. This position provides support to the AHMC-ARMC Medical Staff and Risk Management in the monitoring and evaluation of the appropriateness and the quality of patient care provided by those with delineated clinical privileges. The Clinical Outcome Review Coordinator works collaboratively with the Manager of Clinical Risk and Patient Safety, other members of the Quality Services Department, the Medical Staff Services Department, and the Medical Staff leaders to review and analyze incoming unusual occurrence reports and to implement, evaluate and refine a standardized Physician Performance and Peer Review Program that is educational, timely, standardized, defensible, ongoing and instrumental in assessing and improving the quality of care at AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center.
The Clinical Outcome Review Coordinator ensures that approved concurrent or criteria-based functions of designated patient groups occur timely and according to established departmental and regulatory/accreditation guidelines. He or she recognizes variations from criteria and communicates with a variety of clinical disciplines and/or physician reviewers to clarify/justify the variation. He or she prepares and communicates findings from focused and ongoing reviews to the appropriate Medical Staff Department Chairpersons and the Medical Staff Department Peer Review Committees.

The Staff Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment the imaging nurse is responsible for prescreening patients and coordinating between different imaging departments. Assist during diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures. The imaging nurse is responsible for mild sedation monitoring, assist in case of contrast allergic reaction, help with Dobutamine and bubble studies, and evaluation of care for patients and their families in compliance with the standards for care at AHMC Seton Medical Center, and Nurse Practice Act.

He/she is responsible to the Nurse Manager, Surgery/GI Lab, and works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other members of the operative team to prepare the patient and the operating room for the intended surgical procedure. The Perioperative Nurse is independently responsible for the welfare and safety of the patient during the surgical procedure.

Provides physical therapy services in a hospital Neonatal Intensive Care setting to address the needs of infants with disabilities or at risk of disabilities. Provides interventions based on the comprehensive assessment and written evaluation which is appropriate for the infant's physiologic and medical condition.

Labor & Delivery Nurses provide care and support for women before, during and after delivery of an infant. They are responsible for making sure that the medical and emotional needs of the patient are met throughout birthing process.
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for providing specific systems consulting, systems analysis, and overall leadership related to the acquisition and use of complex Clinical and Business applications. Applies in depth professional knowledge to ensure effective and optimal use of current systems, incorporation of refinements in applications based on organization changes or process improvements, and collaborates with application specialists, technical engineers, and department leaders to identify and select new system solutions. Manages portions of large or entire small projects and is accountable for the success of assigned tasks.
