Performs radiographic procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab and special procedures suite to produce contrast enhanced radiographs of the heart, cardiovascular system and all vascular catheterizations to assist the physician (radiologist or cardiologist) in diagnosis and intervention. The Special Procedures Tech will assist in patient care and preparation of patients scheduled for diagnostic or interventional procedures both in the cardiac cath lab and in the special procedures suite. The Special Procedures Tech will demonstrate heightened knowledge, ability and experience, with all technical and clerical duties under the direction of the department supervisor, lead technician /circulating nurse and department policy. The Special Procedures Tech will be exceptional in skill, knowledge and composure during emergent situations. The Special Procedures Tech III will serve as a role model for other technical staff secondary to the experience and ability of this position. Special Procedures Tech will be exceptional in team dynamics. Special Procedures Tech will always demonstrate willingness to learn and develop expertise in new techniques and procedures within the service. Services are delivered to the patient population ranging from the adult through geriatric.

The position of Speech Therapy Manager is responsible for planning, directing, implementing, coordinating, mentoring and improving the activities of all Speech Service line. This includes staffing and program development in Acute Care, Acute Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Services, at both Garfield Medical Center and Monterey Park Hospital. The position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services at each Garfield Medical Center.

- Entry level degree and appropriate licensure in Allied Health Profession required (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology).
- Minimum five years patient care experience to include acute care, outpatient and inpatient rehab.
- Supervisory experience, teaching, training and mentoring experience preferred.
- Current BLS.

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care including evaluation, program planning, treatments , documentation, and patient/family education, upon referral by a physician. Provides supervision and director for the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Rehab Aide.The Staff Physical Therapist reports to the Senior Physical Therapist and/or, OP Rehab Coordinator, PT Manager, Director of Rehabilitation.

- Bachelor of Science. Graduate of a School/Program in Physical Therapy approved by the APTA.

The Intern Pharmacist, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, participates in the processing of patient medication orders to facilitate the prompt and accurate delivery of medications to patients.
