Under direct supervision, the OR Tech supports the department of Surgical Services in the provision of patient care by the coordination of surgical instrumentation and performance of scrub technologist activities. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff internal and external to the organization. Participates in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to the management of patient care.
A registered nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (shortened as Cardiac Cath Lab) assists cardiologists during the entire catheterization process. They prepare the patient before and after the procedure to stabilize their health status. The type of patients they’ll work with have heart diseases or ailments that require constant monitoring.
This position is responsible for providing patient care in a safe and effective manner. Responsibilities include directing PCA activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching of patients/family, implementation of treatment plan, MD orders, documentation and evaluation. The Clinical Manager is responsible and accountable for the quality of staff and functions during their shift. Directly supervises and communications with all staff along with the Department Director. Assists the Department Director in the daily operation of the unit, directing, supervising and evaluating personnel, ensuring the proper use of time, equipment and staff. Ensure the efficient functions of the department. Performs direct patient care, only as needed, within the scope of practice. This position participates in quality patient care delivery, efficient patient flow and effective communication with the health care team. The Data Analyst shall assist with the coordination of the functions involved in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Patient Safety and Infection Control. Duties include database management, coordination of special projects and reports for the Director of Quality and Risk Management. The position supports analytics and data management across multiple clinical services and systems to create actionable data output through various software solutions. This position requires advanced technical knowledge of database applications; data visualization software, SQL Management Studio, Excel (macros, templates, and pivot tables), and other techniques for automating tasks and productivity. JOB SUMMARY: The NICU Director is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, The Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. The NICU Director shall directly supervise personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care of patients in the NICU at all times. The facility shall maintain written documentation of the qualification and responsibilities of the CCS certified community NICU Director.

JOB SUMMARY: The Pharmacy Technician, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, participates in the processing of patient medication orders to facilitate the prompt and accurate delivery of medications to patients. The Pharmacy Technician has primary responsibility in drug distribution, maintaining appropriate patient records and charges, purchasing, and inventory control.

The Rehab Aide I performs assigned non-patient care duties and patient care duties under the direct supervision of a registered therapist at all times. The Aide assists registered therapists in routine treatment of rehabilitation, acute or outpatients in assigned discipline(s). The Aide I works primarily in one discipline (e.g. OT or PT or TR) and/or area (e.g. Acute, Rehab, Outpatient). The Aide does not interpret orders, evaluate patients, or develop treatment programs. The Rehab Aide reports to the Staff and/or Senior Staff Occupational/ Physical or Recreational Therapist or Therapy Manager. The Rehab Aide I is not responsible for supervising other positions.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
College level student or graduate with some experience in working with people ; or enrolled in a professional education program leading to a PT/ PTA/ OT/ OTA/SLP or other Allied Health professional school. Motivation to seek further education; good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; demonstrated maturity and responsibility.
