The Charge RN is responsible for coordinating the nursing care on their shift. The Charge RN will oversee theunit focusing on safe, effective care for patients and staff through increased communication and customer service. The Charge RN will monitor and coordinate the daily patient activities of the unit, make rounds, assign staff and patients to ensure full coverage of patient care needs are met at all times for the assigned shift.
The Monitor Technician is skilled in reading and interpreting cardiac monitors and arrhythmias. Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for clerical support on the patient care unit. Maintains accurate order entry transmission of physician’s orders to ancillary departments. Works under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Laboratory Services, the Clinical Laboratory Scientist II performs various chemical, hematological, immunohematological, serological and microbiological tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
The OR Technician scrubs for surgical cases in the Operating Room maintaining equipment and supplies, using the principles of surgical asepsis, and standard precautions. Collaborates with charge nurse concerning abilities and assignments for operating room techniques. Demonstrates an understanding of the planned surgical procedure and ensures that all necessary instruments and implants are available and sterilized prior to the start of the surgery.
The Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician maintain equipment and supplies in a state of sterility to be used in special procedures, the Operating Room, and Labor & Delivery. Maintains medical and surgical asepsis and principles of Standard Precautions at all times. SPD Tech also maintains equipment inventory and disinfection for patient care equipment used in the hospital.
The Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician maintain equipment and supplies in a state of sterility to be used in special procedures, the Operating Room, and Labor & Delivery. Maintains medical and surgical asepsis and principles of Standard Precautions at all times. SPD Tech also maintains equipment inventory and disinfection for patient care equipment used in the hospital. Decontaminates / disinfects reusable instruments, supplies and equipment, wearing proper protective attire.
The staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environments, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration. The RN shall, for their patient, collaborate in the formulation of the overall plan of care for the patient, as evidenced by written documentation. Identifies needs and problems specific to biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual. Demonstrates accountability for on-going awareness of the status of assigned patients. Collects and documents data appropriate to the nature and severity of the condition.
Physical Therapy Assistants shall provide quality patient care to assigned individuals under the direction of the physical therapist. Documentation of patient care activities is required in compliance with The Joint Commission. Assistants will be actively involved in training of aide staff, volunteer staff and physical therapy assistant students. Assistants may be assigned special projects such as quality control and data collection for performance improvement reports or other non-skilled tasks as assist the therapists. Assistants are expected to maintain professional relationships with patients and staff, abiding by the codes of ethical conduct.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribe by a referred physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
Under the direction of the Coding Supervisor, codes and abstracts inpatient and outpatient hospital medical records under two coding systems, ICD-9-CM and CPT-4, which is used for hospital reimbursement, statistical purposes, and reporting purposes required by different state regulatory agencies.
The Radiology Technologist operates x-ray equipment as designated for the Radiology Department. Selects proper exposure factors and demonstrates through knowledge of radiographic positioning. Practices radiological technology in a manner that ensures radiation safety for self and the patient.
Performs phlebotomy functions and non-technical duties in areas including the hospital laboratory, outpatient and off-site services
Able to work in all basic functions of a CLS in the main lab, blood bank and microbiology. Performs quality control procedures for routine and stat testing of patient samples. Maintains records; performs and records instrument maintenance; troubleshooting instrument and sample problems; regularly utilizes the lab computer for various aspects of daily work; verifies completion of work using the computer. Able to work independently in a generalist capacity while adhering to standard lab practices.

Responsible for front and back office procedures, computer entry, collect blood samples, do basic lab test processing, set-up Microbiology cultures. Be able to organize workload to work effectively in a fast paced setting and prioritize duties for routine and stat testing.
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Corporate Director of Materials Management/Supply Chain is the management and supervision of the evaluation, procurement, storage, distribution, and forecasting of all supplies and equipment. The Corporate Director of Materials Management/Supply Chain is responsible for the overall activities of the Corporate Materials Management Department, which includes the coordination of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts and the Materials Management computer system. The incumbent will interact effectively and professionally with facilities directors, executives, and managers and corporate to reach positive outcomes. The incumbent plans, organizes and directs the supply chain processes in accordance with established policies and in compliance with the Joint Commission, state and federal regulatory requirements. The incumbent recommends budget information to the facilities for capital expenditures, operating expenses and revenue. The incumbent uses independent judgment to make decisions related to Materials Management activities dealing with assigned projects. The incumbent assist the Chief Financial Officer with company-wide initiatives.
