The Staff Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families in compliance with the standards for care at Seton Medical Center and Nurse Practice Act.
The LVN collects and documents patient data; assists in the development of a collaborative, individualized patient care plan. Provides nursing care based on clear and established priorities. Evaluates the patient’s response to the plan of care and the attainment of the patient care plan goals.

JOB SUMMARY: The Pharmacy Technician, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, participates in the processing of patient medication orders to facilitate the prompt and accurate delivery of medications to patients.
