POSITION SUMMARY The HRIS Specialist serves as the resource for administrator level advice, guidance and support to the Human Resources staff in the utilization of HR management systems (Infinium, Kronos, Payroll, other Time and Attendance and various hosted systems) and its hardware and software applications as supported by the HRIS team. Supports assigned functional areas, leads implementation teams, oversees system configurations and upgrades and analyzes data flow and mapping for all HR management systems. The HRIS Specialist develops security trees, written guidelines and user manuals for staff.
