The Staff Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families in compliance with the standards for care at Seton Medical Center, Verity Health System and Nurse Practice Act
POSITION SUMMARY
The Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing the organization’s computer systems or database networks to ensure proper maintenance and security. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. The Network Administrator is instrumental in ensuring the stability and integrity of voice, data, video, and wireless network services as the primary contact in planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization. This person will also troubleshoot network performance issues, as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions. The Network Administrator analyzes and resolves wireless local area networks (WLAN) hardware, software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required. The Network Administrator is also responsible for the organization’s telecommunications infrastructure which includes configuring, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and optimizing telephone systems and services, voicemail, and VoIP/IP-PBX communication systems, and video conferencing environments, both internally and those integrated with Internet-based services.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Speech Pathologist will be directly involved in patient evaluation and treatment acting as an integral member of the rehabilitation team. Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
He/she will also be involved in preceptorship for the student intern program and program development for speech pathology services throughout the hospital. Provide effective, efficient, and quality care for a geriatric and adult population. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Sr. Benefits Specialist provides benefit administration and customer service to Corporate employees and provides support and education to the facility Human Resource Departments for active employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long term disability, 401k, flexible spending accounts, COBRA, employee assistance program, etc.) and other ancillary benefit programs. The Corporate Sr. Benefits Specialist will interface with senior management and HR team members by leading projects and providing consultation on industry best practices.
Audits enrollment elections, resolves claims, enrollment, eligibility, and related issues for active employees on health and welfare plans. Administers and interprets plan provisions for employees and keeps abreast of healthcare best practices. Researches and updates government-implemented changes to healthcare plans and serves as a liaison with COBRA and various TPAs. Ensures accurate reporting to all benefits vendors and verifies accurate entries in UKG, and various other programs ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Primary Function
Provides support and coordination for all medical staff credentialing needs. Maintains productive, professional relationships with all levels of staff. Develops departmental plans, budgets and directs staff as appropriate. Maintains knowledge of current medical staff credentialing standards as related to deemed agencies, State Law and other regulations to assure compliance.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Security Engineer is responsible for designing, recommending and implementing enterprise-wide strategies and solutions addressing overall IT application/systems security, associated regulatory compliance and general systems availability. Applying technical expertise as it applies to server and systems hardware, operating systems, and general data center operations, the Security Engineer actively monitors and assists with ensuring systems are kept up to date and works with other team members to implement mitigations. The Security Engineer stays abreast of information technology developments, provides opinions on emerging technologies, and aids in practically adopting technology and incorporating it into existing systems and procedures.
Position Summary
Under general supervision, coordinates organizational and communication activities among staff, physicians, departments, patients and visitors for the assigned unit(s). Responsible for clerical functions, accurate maintenance of patient documentation including order entry and coordination of patient admission, transfer and discharge.

This position is responsible for providing patient care in a safe and effective manner. Responsibilities include directing PCA activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching of patients/family, implementation of treatment plan, MD orders, documentation and evaluation. Under general supervision, the position is responsible for registering ER Patients, Inpatients, Outpatients, and Ancillary patients, compiling complete and accurate information for hospital records and timely reimbursement. Maintains effective patient flow and completes the admitting process in a timely manner to assist in prompt treatment of the patient. Maintains effective working relations with coworkers, nurses, physicians and other hospital staff members in order to insure workflow effectiveness. Position Summary
The Vice President of Finance provides leadership, direction, and administration of financial activities, including accounting, financial systems and control, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting as submitted by facility CFOs and Corporate Finance. This position assists the Corporate Leadership Team with financial decision-making and serves as a financial and strategic partner to the facility CEOs as applicable. The Certified Nursing Assistant assists the clinical staff in the care of and treatment for patients in an acute care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities may vary based on department assignment. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient's age, developmental status, spiritual and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Able to work in all basic functions of a CLS in the main lab, blood bank and microbiology. Performs quality control procedures for routine and stat testing of patient samples. Maintains records; performs and records instrument maintenance; troubleshooting instrument and sample problems; regularly utilizes the lab computer for various aspects of daily work; verifies completion of work using the computer. Able to work independently in a generalist capacity while adhering to standard lab practices.
The Nursing Administrative Supervisor will act as an administrative representative on assigned shifts, be responsible for the effective management of patient care on assigned shifts, and contributes toward attainment of departmental and hospital goals and objectives.

Responsible for maintaining confidential reports, entering, and retrieving data utilizing the computer system, preparing intravenous medication, including but not limited to, hyperalimentations and antibiotics, prefilling patient cassette drawers with a 24 hour supply of unit dose medications, procuring and filling requests for pharmaceutical supplies, and delivering supplies to nursing units.

Regularly performs laboratory procedures in the assigned scientific sections of the Clinical Lab and/or Emergency Department. Performs necessary quality control procedures and maintains records. Troubleshoots instrument problems. Performs and records instrumentation. Performs other clinical and clerical duties as needed. Regularly utilizes the laboratory computer for various aspects of daily work. Verifies completion of work by various computer programs. Communicates with nursing and other hospital personnel, regarding laboratory procedures, results and overdue tests. Runs and completes all testing that is permitted under the licensure by the State of CA. Qualifications: CA licensed Medical Laboratory Technician and AA degree. Medical Laboratory Technician Internship preferred.
